We reserve the right to add to, delete, or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on our website at www.sunshinedentallab.com, and it is the Customer’s responsibility to review them periodically.
Any instruction, order, or submission of work to Sunshine Dental Lab constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms form a binding agreement and may only be amended with written consent from Sunshine Dental Lab
By fitting or inserting the appliance, the dentist accepts that the product meets the prescription and required specifications.
We reserve the right to decline any case or order at our discretion.
All impressions and physical work must be cleaned and disinfected according to Dental Board of Australia infection control guidelines before being sent to the Lab.
All restorations and appliances must be inserted by a licensed, practising dentist.
Alloy and precious metal prices are subject to normal market fluctuations.
Sunshine Dental Lab will notify regular customers by email in advance of any general price list changes.
Credit facilities are offered solely at the discretion of Sunshine Dental Lab and only after completion of a credit account application.
We may request payment in advance at any time and reserve the right to limit or withdraw credit terms without notice.
Sunshine Dental Lab offers local daily pick-up and delivery services across the Sunshine Coast. Practices outside the local area are responsible for sending their work to the Lab using their preferred courier or postal method.

Sunshine Dental Lab guarantees that all work is free from defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty coverage begins from the date of dispatch and applies under normal clinical conditions of use.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Any additional costs arising from changes to the prescription, materials, or delivery dates after case acceptance will be charged to the client. Remakes are assessed on a case-by-case basis. A remake fee of 50–100% of the original case value may apply if:
Semi- or high-noble metals, implant components, or remake shipping costs may incur additional fees.
Sunshine Dental Lab’s responsibility is limited to the manufacture and delivery of dental restorations and appliances as prescribed.
All discussions or advice from the Lab are technical in nature and do not replace clinical judgment.
Responsibility for case design, treatment planning, and patient consent rests solely with the prescribing dentist.
We accept no liability beyond what is covered under warranty.
Sunshine Dental Lab complies with TGA and ARTG requirements and supplies only registered, biocompatible materials and components in accordance with Australian dental regulations.
Sunshine Dental Lab collects personal and practice information to provide laboratory services, process payments, and maintain communication.

We provide a full range of fixed and implant-supported restorations, including crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant bars.
For removable appliances, we currently offer splints, mouthguards, retainers, and whitening trays.
For denture work, we recommend referring your patients to our sister company, Custom Denture Clinic, located in Buderim and Caloundra. Their prosthetists are highly qualified and experienced, ensuring your patients receive excellent care and results.
We accept both traditional impressions and digital scans.
We are fully digital and compatible with most intraoral scanning systems, including 3Shape, Medit, iTero, and Dentsply Sirona.

Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 in-lab working days.
Additional time may be required for complex, customised, cosmetic, or implant-related cases.

Yes. For larger cases, cosmetic work, and implant-supported restorations, we provide a digital preview (Exocad viewer) for your approval prior to manufacturing.
