PICK-UPS AND DELIVERIES

We have a daily pick up and delivery round for the local dentists, just give us a call for your bookings, preferably before 11am to ensure our delivery team has you on their schedule.

For remote practices, we highly recommend express post with whom we have been working for the past 10 years and offer a reliable service.

TURN-AROUND TIME

We work on an average of 7-10 working week days (in the lab) for most of our work, but if you have an urgent job, we do offer a fast-turn around service, with an extra fee. Please call us to book prior from sending and we will do our best to fit it in our planning.

 

General Crowns & Bridge work - 7-10 working week days (in lab)

Fast turnaround service - under 7 working days (in lab)

Priority Rush Crown Service (on booking only) - 24 to 48hrs (in lab) 

Implants - 7-12 working days (depending on parts ordered)

CrCo  partial dentures - 10 - 15 working days

Mouthguards & bleaching trays - 5-7 working days

Essix retainers - 5-7 working days

Crown

SHADE TAKING 

Dentists are able to send their clients directly to Sunshine Dental Laboratory for a complimentary shade taking service where the shades are chosen in accordance with what material  to be used.

The Vita Easy shade system allows us to accurately reproduce the base shade whilst the technicians can individualise the tooth in accordance to the natural dentition. However, we require the patient to attend the lab as soon as possible after their prep has been completed in order to avoid disruption in the production line.

We also recommend photos to be sent by email.

DENTURE REPAIRS AND RELINES

In order to minimise delays that can be occurred with couriers, you may want to refer your patients to our denture clinic "Custom Denture Clinic". Booking essential.
